Ahead of the festive season, The Ivy Collection has announced the imminent arrival of a new venue on Castle Street, Liverpool to open in December 2025.

This winter, Liverpool is set to elevate its dining scene with the arrival of The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie, perfectly timed for the festive season. Located in the iconic former Bank of England building on Castle Street, the new brasserie promises to bring a touch of luxury to the city’s exciting dining scene. Known for its exceptional service, exquisite cuisine and all-day dining, The Ivy’s newest location will be the 43rd addition to The Ivy Collection, further expanding its presence across the UK.

The Ivy Collection has long been synonymous with elegance, and the Liverpool Brasserie will be no exception. The restaurant is meticulously restoring its new home, ensuring the venue’s grandeur reflects The Ivy’s signature opulence. Inside, diners can expect a stunning combination of classic charm and contemporary style, with an inviting ambience that will be perfect for everything from casual brunches to special celebrations.

For those seeking a more intimate experience, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will feature a private dining room that accommodates up to 14 guests, ideal for festive parties and private events. Meanwhile, the main restaurant will seat over 180, ensuring ample space for guests to enjoy their meal in style.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie promises an unrivalled culinary experience, with something special on offer every day of the week. Guests can indulge in breakfast and brunch, savour The Ivy’s celebrated A La Carte menu, or enjoy the midweek ‘1917 menu’ which offers two courses for just £19.17. Sundays in the city will be elevated with the Brasserie’s roast dinner, an unmissable highlight for any weekend dining plans.

Guests will be able to enjoy The Ivy’s beloved signature dishes, including beautifully cooked steaks, traditional fish and chips, lobster linguine, and their famous Shepherd’s Pie. In addition to these classic favourites, the Brasserie will offer seasonal specials and monthly features, ensuring a fresh and dynamic dining experience.

To complement the food, The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie’s drink offerings are equally refined, with expertly crafted cocktails, a selection of Champagne, and an extensive list of fine wines, beers, and spirits, perfect for any occasion.

The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be led by Liverpool’s own Kate Keyes, formerly of the Individual Restaurants Group, whose extensive experience in the city’s vibrant dining scene ensures the brasserie will deliver an exceptional level of service. Keyes and her team are eager to welcome Liverpool’s discerning diners and make The Ivy an integral part of the city’s culinary landscape.
